1. Quotation Validity & Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary after this period due to changes in material or vendor costs.

  • Prices shared are initial estimates, based on current designs, dimensions, and selections. Final pricing is subject to:

    • Actual site measurements

    • Final scope of work

    • Design iterations

    • Material, accessory, and hardware specifications

  • If a project does not enter production within 90 days of booking, prices are liable to revision based on updated rates.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • 100% payment in advance before starting any service-based work on-site.

3. Project Timelines

  • Suraa Groups is committed to completing your project within 25 to 35 working days from the final design confirmation.

  • Timeline excludes:

    • Delays due to client decisions or late payments

    • Delays due to repeated design changes

    • Delays from third-party vendors

    • Force majeure events

    • Unfinished civil/interior works like flooring, POP, false ceiling, electrical, etc.

 

  • Installation is recommended only after the completion of all major civil works

4. Inclusions & Exclusions

The following are excluded from the base quote unless specified and will incur additional charges:

  • Civil work

  • Electrical and gas piping

  • Core cutting

  • Plumbing

  • False ceiling

  • Painting

  • Stone/quartz/tile work

  • Appliances and third-party accessories

 

Advance payment is required for additional services.

5. Design Ownership & Revisions

  • The design phase includes up to 3 design iterations within 15 days from the date of confirmation.

  • All designs, drawings, and plans remain the intellectual property of Suraa Groups and shall not be shared with third parties.

6. Order Processing & Changes

  • Once the design and material selections are finalized and signed off:

    • Any additions or changes will be charged over and above the original quote.

    • No returns, exchanges, or cancellations of customized items are permitted.

7. Material Dispatch & Storage

  • If dispatch is delayed due to the Client, a storage fee of ₹1,000/day will apply.

  • Balance payment must be cleared within 30 days of dispatch readiness, regardless of site readiness.

8. OEM Product Procurement

  • For items sourced by Suraa on behalf of the client, a 20% service fee will be applied on the product cost.

  • If an OEM product becomes unavailable, the client must choose an alternative and pay any price difference.

9. Site Readiness & Client Obligations

The Client shall ensure:

  • Power and water supply are available at the site.

  • All necessary builder approvals are secured.

  • No third-party vendors are working while Suraa’s team is on-site.

  • Only Suraa-approved vendors perform any site services.

10. Installation, Cleaning & Handover

  • Final coat of paint should be completed after interior installation.

  • Floor covering shall be provided to avoid damage to flooring on customer request.

Cleaning Scope Includes:

  • Dusting of work areas

  • Cabinet cleaning (interior and exterior)

Note: No deep cleaning or machine cleaning is provided. If needed has to be mentioned beforehand.

 

11. Warranty

  • Modular Work: 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects

  • Wardrobes & Woodwork: 5-year warranty

  • OEM Products: As per the manufacturer’s warranty

  • No warranty on stone/tile/quartz or client-provided items

12. Cancellation Policy

  • Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • All payments are non-refundable at any stage once made.

13. Legal

  • Suraa Groups reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By signing below, both parties agree to the above terms and confirm their intent to proceed with the project based on this agreement.
